1. Service Description

ClipSutra is a text-to-video generation platform that allows users to create short videos from text, audio, and uploaded media.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ClipSutra
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person; multiple accounts may be terminated

3. Subscription Plans

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• Unused videos do not roll over to the next month
• Refunds are handled per Apple/Google's refund policies
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Referral Program

Invite friends to earn 5 bonus videos per successful referral. Both you and your friend receive the bonus. Maximum 50 bonus videos per month.

5. Content Guidelines

You may NOT use ClipSutra to create:

• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content promoting violence or illegal activities
• Spam, scams, or misleading content
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property

We use automated content moderation. Violations may result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

• You own the videos you create using your own text and media
• Background videos from Pexels are free to use commercially
• AI-generated voices are licensed for personal and commercial use
• The ClipSutra app, brand, and technology remain property of Dyro Labs

7. Data & Storage

• Free tier: Videos stored for 30 days
• Paid tiers: Videos stored for 90 days
• You can download/save videos to your device at any time
• We are not responsible for data loss after the retention period

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes all your data, videos, and subscription. This action cannot be undone.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClipSutra is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, service interruptions, or content issues.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
